Introducing the evening, Ian informed the members that Marion New had donated a print stand made by her husband Colin (sadly deceased). Ian also announced the results of the public vote at the recent display of our print exhibition in Hope church. The exhibition next goes on display in Bradwell and their votes will be added to those from Hope, to give an overall “public winner”. In the programme, July was originally planned as an “Ask The Expert” evening but as we had cancelled the January meeting due to snow, the committee decided to use July as a time when those members due to speak back then, would step forward. The volunteers were asked to explain a little about their choice of prints for the 2025 exhibition. (I’m sorry that my brief notes and quotations don’t do justice to the members careful comments.)
